What's the whole process from beginning to end?

You order your Memory Box. We email you an order confirmation and Welcome Guide. The Memory Box arrives on your doorstep, 1 to 3 days after you order. You put in all the old media you wish to have digitised — video tapes, cine film, photos, slides, negatives, audio cassettes. We collect the box, digitise everything, and deliver your digital files via Cloud Album, USB, or DVD.

What can I have digitised?

Video Tapes (VHS, VHS-C, Mini DV, Hi8, Digital8, Video8, Umatic, Micro MV, Betamax, Betacam), Cine Film (Super 8, 8mm, 9.5mm, 16mm, 35mm), Audio (Cassettes, Micro/Mini Cassettes, DAT, Reel-to-Reel), Photography (Prints, Negatives, Slides, Photo Albums, Glass Negatives, APS Film). If you don't see your format, contact us — we can probably digitise it.

How are digital memories stored?

You have 4 options: 1. Cloud Album (included free) — share with family anywhere in the world. 2. USB Classic — one drive holds your whole order. 3. USB Premium — elegant gift box with crystalline drive. 4. DVD Set — custom navigation menu, perfect for TV viewing.

How do you keep my media safe?

We've invested thousands of hours into becoming the safest digitisers in Europe. The Memory Box is lightweight yet crush-proof. We use fully insured 3-way courier service. Our lab has 24/7 security, fire suppression, and climate control. Every item is barcoded and tracked through our system.

I'm not sure what's on my media. Should I still put it in?

Yes! If an item turns out to be blank, we will refund you for that item. No risk.

Can you digitise media in bad condition?

Most of the time, yes. We inspect all media upon arrival. If it's in bad condition, our restoration team prepares it for digitisation at no extra charge. In rare cases where restoration isn't possible, we'll let you know and refund you for that item.

How long do I wait?

Standard processing is currently 8–9 weeks. All processing includes thorough cleaning and restoration. Each item receives individual attention and quality control. For up-to-date turnaround times, check the pricing calculator on our Prices page.

Can I watch on TV as well?

Yes! If you have a Smart TV, plug your USB straight in or log into your Cloud Album. If your TV has an HDMI port, connect your computer via HDMI cable. DVD Sets also work with any DVD player.
